Jackie Smith was/is wonderful!

Jackie Smith was amazingly knowledgeable, and did a superb job of explaining every aspect of hearing and the value of trying a hearing aid. She was also quite warm and congenial, and actually entertaining! Beyond putting me at ease, she made the experience enjoyable! GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!

Last session notes!

This was my last included session before my trial period ends. Breanne, as always was on target, anticipating any questions and/or concerns I might have such as, will my tinnitus get quieter as the months go on; how long will the batteries last, what happens if I need assistance; if I need an adjustment what do I do. All of these will be handled with an appointment with her. She is just fabulous and will be available to me with a text or email.
I am pleased with my maskers and hope to see more improvement as time goes on.

My Aud D Tracy always makes my…

My Aud D Tracy always makes my experience great. I have been with Tracy for a long time. Before Treble Health at the SF Hearing and Speech Center. She had training with my original Audiologist - Malvina Levy who I saw for many years.
I trust Tracy completely. She is always kind and very honest with me. I am so glad she is my doctor. Nancy MacLean

Ramsay Poindexter was a great listener

Ramsay Poindexter was a great listener. When I brought up I definitely couldn't afford the $333/Month, she continued to render decent customer service. When I asked about other options other than the "bundle" offer, she said there was none. Ben Thompson, setting these corporate rules, should be as kind and empathetic, and not just into making a lot of $ at tinnitus sufferers expense.

Treble health has been a great organization to help me with my tiinitus. Counselors that are knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Highly recommend them if your having tinnitus issues

Impressed

Even though we agreed that I'm not in a place to need therapy, my tinnitus isn't bad, the information and suggestions from the Dr who gave me a free consult was invaluable. Thank you for caring about me as an individual and not trying to sell me something that you knew I didn't need. Just being listened to sometimes goes a long way! I will definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you!

Tremble Health helped me to learn more about my tinnitus and a lot of resources
that can help my tinnitus. For examples music apps and ordering from Amazon the sleeping headphones and some other items.

10 STARS for Treble Health and Dr. Suzanne; hands-down! The best part of the Treble Team is that they are always there for you. I am in the throes of a another challenging "fluctuation", and once again have been able to turn to Treble to get the assistance and encouragement that I need. Learn to "live well" despite your tinnitus!

This is my second review of Treble Health and the services they provide to those struggling with tinnitus, like me. My audiologist, Dr. Ramsay Poindexter AuD, recently gave a presentation to Treble Health members covering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as it relates to managing tinnitus and hyperacusis. It was very impactful. So much so that Dr. Mark Partain AuD gave a second presentation on the subject two weeks later. I personally have had previous exposure to ACT and can affirm that their message is “right on”. The goal is to “live well” despite having tinnitus, not to become fixated on eliminating it or avoiding anything that makes you uncomfortable in the moment. Treble Health incorporates multiple therapies (including CBT and Mindfulness) into their overall approach…all provided by Audiologists who truly care about you and the quality of your life. I recommend them highly!

Dr. Kenzie - attentive and responsive help

Dr. Kenzie asked good questions and addressed my concerns as she continued with the fine-tuning of my new hearing aids. She also offered possible alternatives should the h.a. prove not to be suitable for my use. We'll see how it goes by next week.
