Getting used to your new tinnitus maskers will require an adjustment period, but after this short period of time, you will start experiencing the benefits of the sound therapy. It is imperative that you wear them as instructed and give them a chance to work.
If you are having problems with your Treble Maskers. We ask that you try a few things that may help:
- Clean the devices. – Wipe off the device with a lint free cloth. Brush the black dome with a soft toothbrush. (We recommend a baby toothbrush). You can remove the dome and change the filter.
- If it is a Bluetooth connectivity issue. You can try deleting the myPhonak app. Delete any pairings from your phone. Restart your phone. Then reconnect your devices. You may try calling Phonak directly at 1-800-679-4871
