Suzanne May, AuD

Dr. Suzanne May has been an Audiologist for 18 years helping patients of all ages with hearing loss and tinnitus. She got her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida and had training from the California Ear Institute at Stanford. Dr. May began her career working as a Regional Training Audiologist with GN Resound, a major hearing aid manufacturer, presenting at national conferences on hearing device technologies.
 
Dr. May has tinnitus herself and enjoys helping patients learn how to manage tinnitus. For the majority of her career, Dr. May has worked at a major hospital in Sacramento, California. She has presented educational seminars to physicians on hearing loss and tinnitus.
 
Dr. May joined Treble Health in 2022. She is board certified with the American Board of Audiology with an additional Board Certification in Tinnitus Management. She has also obtained a certificate in Progressive Tinnitus Management from the Department of Veteran Affairs. Dr. May is a fellow of the American academy of Audiology, and she has acted as a Subject Matter Expert for the State of California licensing board.

Tracy Peck Holcomb, AuD

Dr. Tracy Peck Holcomb is an audiologist who has been providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients for over 15 years. Her clinical specialty is in the area of tinnitus and hyperacusis management.
She has served on several advisory boards for both clinical and academic audiology and has given numerous presentations and lectures on hearing and tinnitus throughout the state of California.
 
Dr. Peck Holcomb received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. She is a Fellow member of the American Tinnitus Association, the American Academy of Audiology and Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Peck Holcomb is a Past President and Board Member of the California Academy of Audiology.

Garrett Thompson, AuD

Garrett Thompson, Au.D. is a licensed audiologist who has been serving patients with hearing loss in New York City since 2013. He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the City University of New York, has completed clinical rotations at multiple hospitals, and for his residency he spent a year at the internationally renowned Callier Center for Communication Disorders in Dallas, Texas. He has spent the last five years in private practice on the upper east side of Manhattan. He is a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. He has been published in various industry websites and trade journals.

Dr. Thompson has years of experience with hearing aid technology, including Oticon, Phonak, Widex, Starkey, ReSound, Unitron, and Lyric extended-wear hearing aids. He is also happy to discuss the pros and cons of EarGo, Lively, Bose Sound Control, CostCo aids, Apple Airpods, and OTCs.

Ben Thompson, AuD

Dr. Ben Thompson is an audiologist and tinnitus expert. He received his Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree in 2018 from University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. Dr. Thompson completed his residency at University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) and is a past board member of the California Academy of Audiology (CAA). He received a certificate of competence in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) from Dr. Pawel Jastreboff in 2021. Dr. Jastreboff is the founder of TRT.

Dr. Thompson founded Treble Health (formerly known as Pure Tinnitus) in 2020. He has a popular YouTube channel and has created over 100 educational videos about tinnitus management and hearing health. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventure sports like trail running and surfing.

Sarah Mathews, AuD

Dr. Mathews has been providing a wide range of audiology and tinnitus services since 2002. She has worked in private practice, with ENTs, and in hearing and tinnitus manufacturing.  She earned her doctorate while working for a hearing aid manufacturer, Vivatone, as their Senior Field Audiologist. Dr. Mathews has also worked with Neuromonics, a manufacturer of an FDA approved tinnitus treatment device. Over the course of her career she has presented and taught audiologists about hearing aids and tinnitus domestically and internationally.

Dr. Mathews had long-standing tinnitus that was likely due to a combination of noise exposure as a young adult and medical conditions. Her tinnitus has been dormant since having COVID-19 in 2020. She enjoys helping patients learn how to navigate life with tinnitus while working to improve their reactions to their tinnitus.

Dr. Mathews received her bachelors and her masters from the University of Northern Colorado and her Au.D. from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She currently serves on the board of the Colorado Academy of Audiology as the President and has previously served on the board in other positions. Dr. Mathews is a fellow of the American Academy of  Audiology and holds her American Board of Audiology certification. She attended  Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) training with Dr. Pawel Jastreboff in 2009.
  
Dr. Mathews spends her free time enjoying time with her young daughter and husband.  They are often outside walking or playing with their dog.

Ramsay Poindexter, AuD

Dr. Ramsay Poindexter has been enthusiastically serving patients with tinnitus and hearing loss for eighteen years. She began her career at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) where she mentored with Robert Sweetow, Ph.D., world-renowned audiologist specializing in tinnitus management.

The majority of her career has been spent in private practice in San Mateo, California. She has provided research support in product development, pre-product release testing, and field study services to various hearing device manufacturers and Apple Inc, as well as for safety and efficacy studies for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. Poindexter joined Treble Health in 2021. She is board certified with the American Board of Audiology with an additional board certification in Tinnitus Management from the American Board of Audiology. She is a Fellow and member of the American Academy of Audiology and the California Academy of Audiology. She served on the Board of Directors in elected positions with the California Academy of Audiology from 2014-2019.

Michelle Neidleman Kennedy, AuD

Dr. Michelle received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree in 2013 from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Michelle completed her fellowship and worked for several years at the nationally ranked New York University (NYU) Langone Health. There she provided a variety of  healthcare services, including tinnitus management and hearing aids.

She later worked at the number one hospital in New Jersey, Hackensack University Medical Center. Michelle has also been a board member of the New Jersey Academy of Audiology for several years. 

She is a published author in the American Journal of Audiology, as well as a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Mark Partain, AuD

Dr. Mark Partain obtained his doctorate in audiology at Rush University in Chicago, IL, completing his externship year at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, NY.  He began his career at a private practice in Los Angeles, before moving home to the Chicago area.  Most recently, he led the tinnitus management program at North Shore Audio-Vestibular Lab in Highland Park, IL.  

He has presented research on a range of helps in audiology including humanitarian audiology, school hearing screenings, and best practices in audiologic evaluation.  Dr. Partain’s interest in tinnitus research focuses on the development and assessment of more accessible neuromodulation software.  

Dr. Partain joined Treble Health in 2022.  He has board certification in Tinnitus Management from the American Board of Audiology, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  He enjoys working from home with his two rescue dogs, and is an avid marathon runner.

Breanne Schwartz, AuD

Dr. Breanne Schwartz obtained her doctorate in audiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, completing her externship at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. She began her career at a private practice focusing on tinnitus in Denver, before moving back home to the Tampa area.

Dr. Schwartz joined Treble Health in 2023. She has board certification Tinnitus Management from the American Board of Audiology. She enjoys working from home with her fiancé and golden retriever and is a big Tampa Bay Lighting fan!
