Not exactly. While there is currently no surgery or medication that cures tinnitus, there are evidence-based approaches that can make a real difference. At Treble Health, our Tinnitus 180° program uses brain retraining techniques and sound therapy to help patients manage tinnitus more effectively. Based on patient-reported outcomes, a large majority report meaningful improvements in their daily life.
People describe their tinnitus in different ways and at different severity levels. The patients we support typically experience tinnitus that is moderate to severe and negatively affecting their quality of life. Many describe their tinnitus as noticeable during all waking hours, in both quiet and noisy situations.
If your tinnitus affects your sleep, makes it difficult to concentrate, or creates anxiety and stress, our team of audiologists may be able to support you with evidence-based care. Treble Health has worked with thousands of patients over the past several years — click here to view over 1,000 five-star reviews where patients share their personal experiences of working with us.
At Treble Health, we offer the Tinnitus 180° program, which combines tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) and personalized coaching to address both the auditory and emotional aspects of tinnitus. Our approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, providing evidence-based strategies that support better management of tinnitus and overall well-being. The first step to begin this process is to schedule a complimentary telehealth consultation. Simply click here to get started.
The Tinnitus 180° Program at Treble Health combines tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) with personalized coaching to help patients better manage the challenges of tinnitus. TRT uses specialized ear-worn sound therapy devices designed to retrain the brain’s response to tinnitus, making the sounds less noticeable over time. In addition, our coaching sessions address the emotional impact of tinnitus — such as stress and anxiety — for a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s needs.
Based on patient-reported outcomes, a large majority of participants in the Tinnitus 180° Program report meaningful improvements in their quality of life. To see if you’re a candidate for the Tinnitus 180° Program, click here to schedule a free consultation.
The timeline for improvement with tinnitus varies for each individual. Some participants in the Tinnitus 180° Program report noticing changes within the first few months, while for others it may take longer. Consistency and engagement with the program are important for getting the most benefit. Our audiologists act as your personal guide throughout the process, helping you manage expectations and stay supported along the way.
At this time, there are no quick fixes or OTC cures for tinnitus. We see many types of questionable “cures” for tinnitus on the Internet and social media including ear drops, skin patches, gummies, and more, and none of them have any scientific or evidence-based proof that they work. We discourage the use of these products.
At Treble Health, we understand that every person’s tinnitus journey is unique. While there is no universal cure, our Tinnitus 180° Program is based on evidence-based methods that many patients report as helpful for reducing the impact of tinnitus. Our audiology team will guide you step by step, adjusting your care plan to your needs and supporting you throughout the process. To get started, click here to schedule a free consultation.

Sound Therapy Devices: Evidence-based sound therapy devices, customized to your hearing profile and preferences, designed to support tinnitus management.
Brain Retraining Program: A series of telehealth sessions with a Doctor of Audiology, focused on strategies to help you better manage tinnitus and improve quality of life.

Our team consists of Doctors of Audiology who specialize in the management of tinnitus. Doctors of Audiology do not attend medical school, but they complete a 4-year post-graduate clinical doctorate in Audiology. If you have a family doctor or other healthcare professional involved in your care, we are happy to coordinate and share information with them as needed.
No worries! Zoom is user-friendly, and you can download it for free on your computer or mobile phone. We’ll guide you through the process as needed.
To begin our program, we require a recent hearing test (within the past 6-12 months depending on your state). While online hearing tests exist, they are not as reliable as an in-person evaluation, so we do not conduct them virtually. We recommend getting your hearing tested locally, and if you need help finding a provider in your area, our team can assist. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll also guide you on how to share your results with us.
We recommend keeping your ENT appointment, as ENTs can rule out medical conditions related to the ear. At the same time, you don’t have to wait for that visit to begin learning about evidence-based tinnitus management strategies. Many patients find that scheduling a complimentary telehealth consultation with Treble Health gives them helpful information they can also bring to their ENT appointment. Our goal is to work alongside your existing healthcare providers to support you on your tinnitus journey.
Insurance coverage for tinnitus care varies by provider and plan. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to learn more about your specific benefits. In some cases, hearing aid benefits may apply. Our team is happy to answer questions about coverage and discuss flexible payment options. Please feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.
