After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation that will have a Zoom link. At the time of your appointment, you will click on the link that was sent to you and will be admitted to the meeting. This can be done via any device that has internet access and access to Zoom (computer, laptop, tablet, etc.) If you are not sure whether or not your device is compatible, please contact our support team. We do recommend using a device that your tinnitus maskers are not connected to, so that you may reference the app throughout the appointment. Please start the appointments with your laptop or computer, not your smartphone.
