How do I know if my phone is compatible?

Smartphone compatibility.

The myPhonak application requires iOS 14.0 or Android 9.0 at a minimum. As long as you have this generation of device or newer, then you shouldn’t have any problems with the remote connectivity or Bluetooth sound streaming.
