We recommend ordering through our Audiology team. They can provide you with the opportunity to customize the color and fit of your devices prior to shipping. If you are ordering online without seeing one of our Audiologists, it is not a problem. We ship our devices with parts that fit most people. With either method, if the devices do not fit or are uncomfortable, we will work with you to change the device to better fit your ears.
