Once you receive your tinnitus maskers, you will have an appointment with your audiologist to customize your maskers to your personal needs. The benefit of telehealth is that everything can be updated and adjusted remotely, so there are no office visits required. If you run into any problems, our audiology team is always available to make adjustments and answer questions as needed.
After wearing your maskers for a few weeks, you should be used to them. If there are any issues with the settings, you can contact your audiologist to adjust the programming and discuss the next steps.
