The Tinnitus 180° Program is our signature care plan designed to reduce the impact of tinnitus, using a combination of sound therapy, coaching, and psychological strategies. It is backed by clinical research and customized to your unique needs. Our San Francisco clinic uses this model with both local and telehealth patients.
At this time, there are no quick fixes or OTC cures for tinnitus. We see many types of questionable “cures” for tinnitus on the Internet and social media including ear drops, skin patches, gummies, and more, and none of them have any convincing scientific or evidence-based proof that they work.
We stand behind the effectiveness of our Tinnitus 180° Program. With the Tinnitus 180 Guarantee, if you don’t experience a significant reduction in your tinnitus within 180 days, we’ll issue a full refund. This guarantee ensures that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by joining our program. Terms and conditions apply. To get started, click here to schedule a free consultation.
At Treble Health, tinnitus isn’t just one of many conditions we treat — it’s our core specialty. Unlike general audiology clinics that focus primarily on hearing aids, our entire practice is dedicated to reducing the impact of tinnitus and sound sensitivity through evidence-based care.
Our team includes nationally recognized tinnitus specialists — including Dr. Ben Thompson and Dr. Priscilla Giler at our San Francisco clinic — who bring deep expertise from leading academic medical centers like UCSF. Because we operate both locally and via telehealth, we’re able to recruit top-tier audiologists from across the country, giving you access to exceptional care no matter where you live.
When you choose Treble Health, you’re not just seeing a hearing professional — you’re working with a team fully committed to tinnitus relief. Call us today at (855) 526-6378 to schedule your free consultation.
Our team consists of Doctors of Audiology who specialize in the management and treatment of tinnitus. Doctors of Audiology are allied health providers who have a 4-year post-grad clinical doctorate in Audiology and often engage in collaborative care with medical physicians. If you have a family doctor or other medical professional who needs to be notified of your Treble Health treatment plan, we can communicate with them.
Most patients start to notice improvements within 4–6 weeks, with significant benefits typically emerging over 3–6 months. Dr. Giler monitors your progress and adjusts care as needed for optimal results.
Yes. We also work with patients experiencing hyperacusis, misophonia, sound sensitivity, and hearing loss. If you’re unsure whether we can help, our free consultation is the best place to start. Prefer to talk first? Give us a call at (855) 526-6378 — we’ll help you schedule your consultation.
Absolutely. Many patients work with us in coordination with their ENT or hearing care provider. We focus on managing the neurological and psychological aspects of tinnitus, complementing any medical evaluations you may already be undergoing. At our San Francisco clinic, we’ve partnered with SF ENT — the Bay Area’s leading ENT practice — so you have the option to receive local medical ear care and tinnitus treatment in the same office for seamless, coordinated support.
Yes, we provide full audiologic testing in-clinic, including hearing thresholds, tinnitus pitch/match assessments, and sound tolerance evaluations. For telehealth patients, we recommend obtaining a recent audiogram to guide your care.
At this time, Treble Health operates as a private-pay practice. While we are not in-network with insurance, we can provide documentation if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find the outcomes are well worth the investment.
We hear this all the time — and we strongly disagree. Tinnitus can be managed with the right approach. Over 85% of our patients report significant improvement when following our evidence-based care plan. You don’t have to suffer in silence.
