Doctors of Audiology are allied health providers who have a 4-year post-grad clinical doctorate in Audiology and often engage in collaborative care with medical physicians. If you have a family doctor or other medical professional who needs to be notified of your Treble Health treatment plan, we can communicate with them.

Yes, we provide full audiologic testing in-clinic, including hearing thresholds, tinnitus pitch/match assessments, and sound tolerance evaluations. For telehealth patients, we recommend obtaining a recent audiogram to guide your care.

At this time, Treble Health operates as a private-pay practice. While we are not in-network with insurance, we can provide documentation if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients find the outcomes are well worth the investment.
